Senior Developer

  • 5+ years of outsourcing experience
  • Doesn’t need to be managed and can lead larger teams
  • Will take ownership of software development tasks and manage them
  • Can adapt to complex challenges and communicate changes effectively
Starting at $ 42 per hour

Expert Developer

  • 6+ years of outsourcing experience in an expert field/role
  • Covers specialists development fields, senior software developers and software architects
  • Takes total ownership of the entire project and acts as your advocate ensuring all business needs are met

Intermediate QA Engineer

  • 3-5 years related technical working experience, fluent English communication
  • Works on problems of diverse scope requiring analysis of numerous factors; demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Understands business purpose of software being tested; provides overall feedback and recommends solutions, set up automated test environments, perform basic test tool programming

  • Evaluates and assesses quality metrics, makes recommendations to improve QA & QC

Starting at $ 32 per hour

Senior QA Engineer

  • 7+ years related technical working experience, fluent English and successful project track record
  • Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria
  • Has wide-ranging knowledge, uses professional concepts and objectives to resolve issues by setting up automated test environments
  • Works with project leadership to improve QA & QC processes, procedures, and effectivenes

 

Starting at $ 40 per hour

We also offer junior developers starting from $30, these developers have less than 3 years experience in outsourcing and are ineligible to fill dedicated developer roles; they will need to be managed by a more experienced developer
