The situation
The sales team needed a CRM it could start using
Inquiries came through a shared inbox while account and pipeline information was tracked in spreadsheets. A salesperson’s next action and a manager’s pipeline view could diverge. The first release needed to establish a shared sales routine before wider system changes.

The challenge
Leads and opportunities need agreed definitions
The team needed a consistent way to capture and qualify leads, convert the right prospects and manage opportunities through a shared set of stages. Duplicate records, missing owners and inconsistent stage values could otherwise undermine a fast CRM launch.
The solution
A focused Sales Cloud foundation for daily sales work
Shinetech used standard Salesforce Lead and Opportunity records, together with Accounts and Contacts, to support the core sales process. The team agreed opportunity stages and ownership rules, prepared selected records and configured pipeline views and reports for the first users.
How the first release works
01 · Capture
Record and assign a new Lead.
02 · Qualify
Convert a suitable Lead and connect the Account and Contact.
03 · Progress
Move the Opportunity through agreed stages and record the next action.
04 · Review
Use the same stage definitions in pipeline reports.
How we work
What Shinetech delivered from setup to user readiness
Discovery with business owners defined the first Lead-to-Opportunity flow, ownership decisions, stage meanings and reporting questions. Shinetech configured the agreed scope, mapped and sampled selected data, checked duplicates and missing owners, then reconciled imported records against the source.
Salespeople and managers reviewed the same Lead conversion, Opportunity stage and pipeline view. Shinetech provided go-live training and helped users resolve issues they encountered in daily CRM work. Data ownership remained a practical migration and access decision.
The result
A common sales process ready for daily use
Sales team
Standard Leads and Opportunities, shared stages and next actions give users one working routine.
Management
Pipeline reports use the same definitions as the records salespeople update.
Training and issue support help the first users adopt the release and reveal the next improvements to prioritize.
